This time we will introduce Ogori Park.
Ogi Park is a historic park located in the town where I lived from the age of 5 to 18. There are plum and cherry trees, and in spring you can enjoy beautiful flowers.

This is the main entrance. There are two shrines in Ogi Park, and one of them, the torii gate of Okayama Shrine, is here. Okayama Shrine is directly in front of you in the photo, so you can see the torii gate in the background.

Like the previous photo, this is a photo of the main entrance. Behind this is a pond and a playground.

This is the torii gate of another shrine, Karasumori Inari Shrine. The bright red torii gates lined up in a row are impressive. The torii gates are the path of the gods, so I’m blocking their path by taking the photo. Please forgive me, God.

This is a small stage-like place at the back of Ogi Park. In spring, this place also becomes a beautiful place surrounded by cherry blossoms. I took this photo in winter, but it is still a relaxing place surrounded by many trees.

This photo was taken from Okayama Shrine looking towards the main entrance. It was dusk, so the lights were on. I love the view of the darkening blue sky and the deep red sunset sky blending together at dusk. It’s a very beautiful photo, and one of my favorites.

This is a little extra. It’s a small stone statue of a turtle. There are some stoneworks in the pond of Ogi Park. This turtle is on a floating island that people can’t enter, so I took a picture of it from a distance with a telephoto lens. That’s why the picture is blurry. Sorry.
